Bracket-level reading — the two halves don’t look alike

Upper half (Canada/Morocco/Paraguay/Brazil quadrant + the next quadrant). This half has lost both pre-tournament giants seeded into it (Germany via Paraguay; the Netherlands via Morocco). The "name" survivor is Brazil, and Brazil only got through Japan via a 90+5 winner. How to bet the bracket as it forms

1. Stop adding outright winners until the bracket is full. Two giants are already out; another favourite (Spain or England) could be tested by the end of R32 day three. Adding outright tickets between R32 and R16 is paying retail on whichever survivor the market has decided to like. The cleaner edge is the round-by-round qualification market.
